In the past, we have not been able to help, leaving these tasks to companies that have no understanding of Falcon software or the particular needs of the publishing industry. To fill this void, we have partnered with a company that specializes in IT support and is very familiar with Falcon requirements and configurations.

You buy block hours to use them as the need arises, or for a special project.

APT has negotiated a very favorable rate for our customers. So whether you have an overworked IT department or have short term needs that are outside of your IT department's capacity, this service can help you maintain and improve your company's computer infrastructure.

WORKSTATION SUPPORT
For your workstation's operating system, applications and hardware. Including diagnostics*, troubleshooting, installation, repair, upgrade/update/patch management, virus/spyware removal, software support, system recovery support, backup support, network drive/printer/server support.

SERVER SUPPORT
Includes operating system and hardware updates/upgrade support, error troubleshooting and repair; application, file and printer service installation and management. Network Adapter configuration, virus/spyware removal, backup support, Role and Feature setup.

SQL SERVER SUPPORT
Includes installation, configuration, backup, maintenance, removal, migration and updating to latest SP and security updates.

Includes implementation, migration and configuration of Workgroup or Active Directory services and permissions, DHCP, DNS, WINS and IP Address.

FIREWALL AND INTERNET SECURITY
Includes Internet policy development and implementation, firewall appliance installation, configuration and maintenance.

PERIPHERAL SUPPORT
Includes driver installation and updating, settings configuration, and troubleshooting. Devices include speakers, printers, scanner, camera, video camera, MP3 player, etc.

WIRELESS ROUTER AND SECURITY
Includes installation, configuration, user account setup and security encryption setup.

EXCHANGE EMAIL SERVER
Includes installation, configuration, maintenance and modifications to MicrosoftTM specifications. Email User Account creation, modifications and removal. Exchange Email Calendar creation and sharing support. Business Contact Manager installation, migration, backup and user account access.

THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS
Includes email management, internet provider management, phone system management, virus application management.
